At Level 3, client contact and restricted access will apply, with the exception being loss of a beloved friend. Our two isolated on-site teams will continue to work 8am to 6pm 5 days a week and 9-3pm on Saturday.
DUE AND OVERDUE ANNUAL HEALTH CHECKS AND VACCINATIONS
For the benefit of your pet, our off-site teleconsulting team will be contacting you prior to and/or after your on-site booking so we can prepare for a more seamless customer experience (at no additional charge).
At this stage we would like to get your pet up-to-date with vaccinations, with our veterinary team working on site daily, and while we can’t guarantee you will see your preferred veterinarian we can guarantee love, care and follow up at ‘the little clinic with the BIG heart’.
ROUTINE PROCEDURES | DESEXING AND DENTAL PROCEDURES
As we are run on limited team resources at level 3, we will endeavour to book you in on the appropriate day with the right team member for the benefit of your pet’s healthcare.
