Terms and Conditions for New Client $40 Discount

ELIGIBILITY

The $40 discount is applicable to new clients only.
A new client is defined as someone who has not visited our clinic in the past 24 months.

USAGE

The $40 discount is valid for the first consultation only.
This discount is applicable exclusively to the first consultation with a veterinary professional.
The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or used for the purchase of goods or services other than the initial consultation.
If the $40 discount is not fully utilised during the first consultation, the remaining amount cannot be carried over to future consultations or services.
The discount can be applied against each consultation for multiple pet household.

CONDITIONS

To qualify for the discount, new clients must complete and sign the New Client Form and agree to the Terms of Engagement.
