ELIGIBILITY

• The $40 discount is applicable to new clients only.
• A new client is defined as someone who has not visited our clinic in the past 24 months.

USAGE

• The $40 discount is valid for the first consultation only.
• This discount is applicable exclusively to the first consultation with a veterinary professional.
• The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or used for the purchase of goods or services other than the initial consultation.
• If the $40 discount is not fully utilised during the first consultation, the remaining amount cannot be carried over to future consultations or services.
• The discount can be applied against each consultation for multiple pet household.

CONDITIONS

• To qualify for the discount, new clients must complete and sign the New Client Form and agree to the Terms of Engagement.
